Loods of Afrika (24 september 2023)

Benkadi International neemt jullie mee op muzikale rondreis door Afrika, terwijl Modoulamin en Assane Maiga een driegangenmenu vol West-Afrikaanse smaken op tafel zetten (vlees, vis en vegan, voor ieder wat wils!).

Frontman en gastheer Idrissa Magassa toerde over de hele wereld met Labo Sosseh (Senegal), Rail Band de Bamako en Super Djata Band van Zani Diabate (Mali). Benkadi presenteert Salsa Africana uit Senegal (a la Orchestra Baobab), swingende Mandinke en Bambare uit Mali, bekende dansnummers uit Kongo, en daarnaast swingende highlife en funky afrobeat met Ghanese zangers Sly en Collins.

Benkadi International will play music and take the guests on a trip through Africa while Modoulamin and Assane Maiga cook a three course West-African dinner for you. There will be meat, fish and vegan food.

Host Idrissa Magassa was touring around the world with Labo Sosseh (Senegal), Rail Band de Bamako and Super Djata Band of Zani Diabate (Mali).
